Shipping policy

We can’t wait for your books to make their way to you. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping your order.

Shipping within Australia

We currently ship Australia-wide.

Standard shipping is $11 Australia-wide, with free shipping on orders over $89.

Our book bundles qualify for free shipping, so there’s no additional shipping cost at checkout when purchasing a bundle.

Processing & delivery

Please allow 5–12 business days for delivery.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at hello@thehumanskillslibrary.com. We’ll do our best to update your details before your order is dispatched, but we can’t guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Missing or damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged, or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us at hello@thehumanskillslibrary.com with your order number and we’ll help get things sorted.

International shipping

We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping is coming soon.
