Change of mind

As a small business, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. However, if you have any questions about any of our products before you purchase, please get in touch and we are happy to help.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or otherwise does not meet the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, please contact us so we can help.

Depending on the issue, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
